These terms and conditions only apply to retail sales to the general public. Sales to companies, partnerships, resellers, organisations, charities, government and traders are covered by our wholesale terms and conditions instead.

1. Terms of Sale
1.1 These terms apply to consumer orders placed from 13th June 2014 until further notice in accordance with The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Orders placed prior to 13th June 2014 are governed by the terms and conditions in force at the time of order acceptance a copy of which can be provided on request in writing.
2. Definitions
2.1 "consumer" means an individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside that individual's trade, business, craft or profession.
2.2 "trader" means a person acting for purposes relating to that person's trade, business, craft or profession, whether acting personally or through another person acting in the trader's name or on the trader's behalf.
2.3 "distance contract" means a contract concluded between a trader and a consumer under an organised distance sales or service-provision scheme without the simultaneous physical presence of the trader and the consumer, with the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the time at which the contract is concluded.
3. Statutory Information

3.2 Goods and Services requested to be provided to the consumer will be confirmed in writing via email to the email address provided by the consumer during the checkout process.
3.3 If there are any additional charges that could not be quantified in advance of the checkout process, the consumer will not be contractually obliged until the additional charges have been agreed with the consumer. Typically this is restricted to shipping costs for heavy or bulky items to overseas (non-UK) addresses but the website will normally indicate if products are not available to overseas consumers.
3.4 Payment will be made by the consumer in full at the end of the checkout process. We are under no obligation to the consumer until payment has been made in full.
3.5 We will usually dispatch within one working day but unless agreed in advance time is not of the essence for us to deliver the goods or services however we will notify the consumer if delivery is likely to be in excess of 14 days and provide an estimated delivery date.
3.6 Consumers are hereby made aware of the existence of the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and The Consumer Contracts ( Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges ) Regulations 2013 which are available on http://www.legislation.gov.uk and apply to contracts between consumers and us.
4. Cancellation
4.1 If we are unable to deliver all or part of an order and no suitable alternative can be agreed with the consumer we will refund the affected portion of the order without undue delay and the affected portion of the order will be deemed as cancelled.
4.2 Consumers may cancel their order within 30 days of receipt of the goods or anytime prior to dispatch provided that goods are not perishable, custom made, subject to hygiene restrictions, or unsealed publications such as books, audio/video recordings and software. Consumers cannot cancel their order if the goods have been used or irrevocably changed (by mixing constituent parts for example.)
4.3 Consumers are responsible for the return of cancelled goods at their own expense.
4.4 Consumers must notify us in writing to cancel an order, a form is available online for this purpose at Returns and Exhanges form.
4.5 Where an order is cancelled by the consumer any refund of Shipping is limited to a maximum of the value of Standard service for UK destinations or the value of the Priority service for EU destinations. Shipping is refundable for destinations outside of the EU/UK if cancelled prior to dispatch.
5. Delivery
5.1 If the goods supplied by us do not match our description and a change of specification had not been previously agreed the consumer is under no obligation to accept the goods. The consumer must let us know about any such discrepancy as soon as is reasonably practical and we will pay for the return or collection and refund or replace the goods as appropriate.
5.2 If the goods supplied by us become faulty within their warranty period or reasonable lifetime, consumers should first contact us for advice. We aim to only supply high quality goods and where appropriate will expedite repair or replacement on behalf of the consumer.
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse to deliver to an address and in such circumstances will request an alternate address, usually this will be the card holders registered address.

7. Discount & Loyalty schemes
7.1 Discount and Loyalty schemes may be provided to customers and authorised buying groups. Proof of membership must be provided and not all products qualify for a discount. Excluded items include but are not limited to: shipping, sale , special order , special offer and already discounted items and items purchased via third party websites.
7.2 We reserve the right to discontinue or vary any such scheme without notice or penalty.
7.3 Sharing or publication of discount codes is prohibited unless specifically allowed for the particular scheme.
8. Other
8.1 CURRENCY: we charge in GB Pounds Sterling only. Prices shown in other currencies are approximate and should not be relied upon.
8.2 NON UK CUSTOMERS: Customers outside the UK purchase entirely at their own risk and assume all responsibility and liability for import and suitability and claims arising.
9. Force Majeure
9.1 We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our contract, if it is due to an event beyond our reasonable control. Including, without limitation, acts of God, war, industrial dispute, fire, flood, tempest and national emergencies and if so delayed we shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for performing such obligations.

10.2 Widerrufsrecht Sie haben das Recht, binnen vierzehn Tagen ohne Angabe von Gründen diesen Vertrag zu widerrufen. Die Widerrufsfrist beträgt vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag, an dem Sie oder ein von Ihnen benannter Dritter, der nicht der Beförderer ist, die Waren in Besitz genommen haben bzw. hat. Zur Wahrung der Widerrufsfrist reicht es aus, dass Sie die Mitteilung über die Ausübung des Widerrufsrechts vor Ablauf der Widerrufsfrist absenden.
10.3 Folgen des Widerrufs Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet. Sie müssen für einen etwaigen Wertverlust der Waren nur aufkommen, wenn dieser Wertverlust auf einen zur Prüfung der Beschaffenheit, Eigenschaften und Funktionsweise der Waren nicht notwendigen Umgang mit ihnen zurückzuführen ist.
