Leg Avenue originated in Los Angeles and started as a family hosiery business. The Tsai family began designing unique hosiery and sold it on market stalls and kiosks in Los Angeles. From stockings to lingerie, this small family business evolved quickly thanks to its innovative and original designs, and was renamed Leg Avenue inc. in 1999. During the past decade, Leg Avenue has become one of the leading brands in hosiery, lingerie and costumes.
